Downtown on Dupree

Really enjoyed living here. I was in one of the townhouses. Fair priced and the landlord named Hayes was friendly and Johnny on the spot if anything went wrong with the place. We wouldn’t have left if my wife didn’t get pregnant and moved back to my hometown.

Got to stay here for the summer and the place is amazing!! The property manager, Ms. Paola, is such a sweet lady and always made sure we have what we need. I really recommend this place!! It’s a safe spot & it’s quiet. It’s also a nice walk to downtown Woodstock where you can shop & eat. Anyway, thanks Ms. Paola for being such an awesome property manager!! ❤️

We needed a place to stay when we sold our house and was waiting for our new house to be finished. The complex is located a short 5 minute walk from downtown Woodstock. Hayes and his manager Paula were awesome. Any time we needed something Hayes and/or Paula responded quickly to our emails or texts. I highly recommend Downtown on Dupree when you are considering a place “close to the action” in town whether staying for a weekend or a month. Next time we have friends or family coming to town Downtown on Dupree is our first choice!

Found the Downtown on Dupree furnished condo through Mr. Hayes Freeman. We needed a temporary place for a few months while our house was being finished. Worked out perfectly for us, as our furniture was in storage. Very cute and cozy condo with everything you need. Very safe area and right in the downtown area of Woodstock GA, with all the shops and restaurants you could want. Outdoor trails almost out your back door. Hayes was very responsive when we needed something or had a question. Really nice guy to work with. If you are looking for something better than extended stay apartments, and want to spend some time in downtown Woodstock, I don't think there is a better choice. LW

Peaceful community, well maintained, and super walkable (especially to downtown). Management is responsive and pleasant to work with.
