Taisha Santos, the current Property manager for Alton Downing Jackson apartments deserves 5 plus stars. For her attention to the tenants issues and concerns. Seriously tries to accommodate us. Even when her hands are tied, still goes above and beyond for us. Thank you, Miss Taisha, for all you do and try to do for us. You're an asset to the company and the Properties you manage and the tenants you try to accommodate.

I must say when I saw this apartment it was love at first sight. And the property manager, Ashley was very intensive and helpful in every way possible. Move-in day was about as easy as 123. Also, they stay on top of any type of inspections pest control trash pick up is every Monday. At first, I didn’t think that it would be a lot of space but I actually turned this apartment that had more space than I could ever imagine into my beautiful home. I was very impressed with the bedroom because I just knew I would have to sell my king size bed and wouldn’t have enough room to move around, but as you see this apartment has more space than you could ever imagine. And did I mention my little laundry room, simply love it. Thanks, Ashley for making this dream of mines come true🍷

Communication was excellent when I reached out with an issue. Taisha took care of the matter instantly and in a professional manner. She also made sure to reiterate any further issues to reach out without hesitation.

If you're looking for residency that is clean, safe, quiet and up to par with solidarity from Management, this is the place for you. Our Leasing Manager, Ashley, is very attentive supportive and persistent and does her best to make sure your needs are met. Having an optimum management team for support goes a long way and this is why I'm firm in my decision to reside here and Downing Apartments. Cheers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just moved on October 1st & I love my place. Renovated 1bedroom apartment with a patio. Ashley was great due to me contacting the property at short notice to move. The process was fast, maintenance guy is good with coming out with any problems. I look forward to my year here or maybe longer. But thank you Rushmore for my new home !
