Don't waste your time trying to find an available affordable apartment with them. They only have one complex -- Woodside apts on Wooster Road (Hwy 3) -- and openings for units rarely occur. Like the rest of Mount Vernon, Ohio, it's a desert for affordable housing. They have rooms for rent if you're willing to share a bathroom in the age of Covid.

Rude. Unprofessional. Apartment filled with black mold. We got sick. Toilet didn't work . Broken down parked cars left no parking spaces parking a block away and walking. They sold our building after being there a year to yellow paint properties that didn't honor our lease. Then we were constantly harassed and theatened about moving out because they kept changing the lease and constantly entering it to show it to people while I was trying to work from home. Interrupting my job.

Stayed in woodside apartments for about 2.5 years. The landlady was always very helpful and attentive to maintenance needs. No complaints.

So far Kim has been awesome! I moved in wed. Will update! But so far so good.
