The exterior of the worst apartments on Wallisville appears to be in a poor condition. I recently returned the keys prior to the court date, only to have Jesenia return them to someone else. This decision is unacceptable, and I am compelled to take further action. Giving my keys to an unknown individual is outrageous. Jesenia's behavior is unprofessional, particularly when confronted about her actions. Nonetheless, I am confident that justice will prevail. My son's mold allergy is being triggered by the mold in the air vents, causing him to become ill, resulting in frequent trips to the emergency room, meanwhile, the broken gate and lack of security cameras enable people to jump and hop the fence, and the sink is leaking.JESENIA IS A WOLF IN SHEEP CLOTHING I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE VIDEO FOOTA

I have been here for five years. This use to be a decent place. They keep changing companies and They increase the rent with no upgrade. Then they want to tell you who to do business with changing our internet service. I will not be renewing this time. No stability. Don’t tell me who to do business with. This place is not the same!

I had a great experience touring the apartments and finalizing my lease, Hilda was super patient and explained everything thoroughly.

Hilda was really helpful and patient and it is clean hopefully i would definitely come back if i move to this side of Houston!
