Snow of 2025, plow came down maybe once in the middle of the night, and that was it, we can hardly get out without getting stuck, poor Job of shoveling and salting, but has no problem wasting time painting lines over crappy concrete. The owner needs to get his priorities straight, Mait does what they can and yes they do well, but this is insane. They also make it look good to sell and only show the “new” apts, all the windows leak and the tenets are responsible for mold? Yeah right, look somewhere else
Lived in a two bedroom at this location from May 2017 to October 2019. Management was friendly, took care of any issues I brought forward in a timely manner, and did not have any problems with them. Highly recommended in this town.
Was very pleased with my apt. When I moved out about a month later received my deposit back. Would definitely rent from them again.
Repairs are shabbily done, if at all. The exterior property is not kept up.
Landlords are never there and they refuse to fix anything including front door locks.
