Dover Place Apartments

Apartments very clean! And the leasing staff made renting the apartment very easy! Today is my 7th month and im looking forward to renewing my lease for another year!

I really like these apartments. The street and sidewalks have recently been redone by the city and it is all new concrete and really looks nice. The apartments have a really beautiful park like setting for relaxing, playing or barbecuing with the family. We will soon have a new walkway with access to the bayou trails which is a great place to walk or ride your bike. We will be able to walk from the trail to Reveille Park with has a public pool and is really close by. New Management has really done a great job upgrading the units and taking care of the tenants. It really is a great community and I highly recommend it!

One of the best apartments I’ve lived in. Quiet, safe, clean, and very well maintained. Diana is a great apartment manager and takes the time to get to know every one of her tenants. I highly recommend these apartments. Apartments are really nice and well maintained, I’ve never had a problem with anything here. Highly recommend!

-Absolutely not. My unit stunk heavily like smoke. -My lease required that I not allow ANYONE over without permission, and even then not more than 3 days out of the week. I had no family in the area, so obviously they would visit for a week or two, but nope! Diana would immediately contact me and make sure I was obedient and no more than 3 days for strangers. Infuriating as an adult in the military trying to enjoy my family and what little time I had off. -Diana (the "manager") ignored dozens of maintenance requests from me for months. -Finally found out that the reason the management broke the law (Texas requires repairs within 14 days) was because they lost a key to my unit. After 6 months of requests that was the excuse given to me. -The area has tons of construction going on, and wil

We love it here at Dover, best apartment complex in the area, love the gated park for kids to play in the. Parking is also great everyone gets a parking spot, don't have to worry about it like those other complex that have over 300 tenants and can't find parking at nights. No noisy neighbors, everyone minds their business, just a great place to live in especially if you have kids, it's great for them , they will love the picnic area , fun for them to run and play. Diana the manager is great at solving any issue if any at all, and the maintenance at fixing anything. Will definitely continue here at Dover.
