Dove Cove Apartments

I have been here at Dove Cove for almost 3 years and I don't know if I see myself leaving anytime soon. It's quiet and peaceful. The location is awesome and the apartment staff are really nice and helpful. The manager Ms. Sandra has always been available to help me with things I need and answer any questions I have. Cesar from maintenance responds to requests as soon as he can and is always really chill when he's getting stuff done. I love living here and hope to continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

This place is amazing. It is quiet. People are super respectful. The maintenance Caesar is outstanding and his work and very fast service. The landlord Sandra is extremely helpful super kind, courteous, and it’s quick with responding I definitely want to stay here long-term

I lived in this apartment for one year, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The property is well-maintained, and the location is convenient for both work and leisure. Sandra, the property manager, has been amazing to work with. She’s always responsive and approachable whenever I have any questions or concerns. Her professionalism and dedication to the residents make a big difference in the overall living experience. Cesar, the maintenance guy, is equally fantastic. Whenever there’s an issue, like changing a light bulb or tightening a loose door handle, he’s quick to respond and always gets the job done efficiently. I know I can count on him to handle any maintenance requests right away. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to others!

The Dove Cove apartments have been great! They are always clean, and taken care of. We have been living here for almost a year and we can truly say we love it here. Sandra our landlord has been one of the best landlords I’ve had in my history of renting apartments. She’s always on top of things and willing to answer us in a timely matter when we need her. Also Cesar our maintenance person here is great, whenever we need something fixed or replaced he’s here to get in done right away! Thank you for everything yall do!

Moved in almost two months ago and I can say I’m really comfortable in my apartment. Sandra, the property manager, was really helpful with the whole process. She’s also great at responding messages/calls quickly. Cesar, property maintenance, always shows up when he says he will to work on any maintenance requests I’ve submitted and does a great job. Overall the property is nice, quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The pool is always kept clean, so it’s nice to go out for swim every now and then. They just made some updates on the building paint and it looks great. Great place in a great location. Couldn’t be happier!
