EXCEPTIONAL! Doug and his team were amazing to work with. I went through this process of building a home on my own, which is a daunting task in itself. Doug was patient and walked me through every step. I talked with a few builders prior to choosing Douglas Scott Builders and none even compared to his friendliness, honesty, and customer service. There were no blind spots in the process. He kept me well informed of everything going on. He prides himself on QUALITY work and it shows. He cares about the details and takes the time to really understand what you want in your home so it is done right. I could not be be happier or more pleased with my home. I speak very highly of Doug and would refer him to anyone without question.

Doug replaced two patio doors for me. He came recommended from a neighbor and I will continue to listen to his recommendations, as Doug met and exceeded expectations: quality work, great advises, fair price, trustworthy. I am already on Doug's schedule to replace all windows in my house.

We hired Doug to build our home, a four bedroom colonial with an attached two car garage. We had no idea what we were doing and Doug walked us through each step, explaining every little piece of the process. His crew was always very friendly, even when we would request changes mid-build! We are so happy with our new home that we have recommended him numerous times, and will continue to do so. He's now built a house for some of our family and they couldn't be happier. Solid builder with a solid work ethic.
