If I could give zero stars I would. My entire experience with this property management company has been a mess from start to finish, and a lot of that comes down to how this has been handled by Jessica Vanderhoof. I have had random attorney fees and late fees show up on my account with no notice, no communication, and no explanation. Every violation I was ever told about was fixed and closed out, yet new charges keep appearing after the fact. I even contacted the attorney listed on one of the invoices and was told my file is not open with their firm. So I am being billed attorney fees for something they are not even actively handling. Run if you hear this company's name. They have high turnover (approx 5 people in two years). The new people they hire have no clue what their job is and simply do not bother. Weaponized incompetence and indifference. So much worse than I imagined it could be.

Absolutely avoid this property management company. We recently had an HOA meeting where the manager representing the company decided to walk out of the meeting, without explanation, because he was uncomfortable addressing issues presented by the homeowners. The company's web portal is useless. The staff fail to monitor it for service requests. Incompetent, and unprofessional. Stay away from using this company.

As a Homeowners association in Stone Mountain that has participated in discrimination and targeting of homeowners racially, this Mgt. Company has been in collusion with them doing the same. I feel as a born Georgia Resident, this mgt. Company needs a complete investigation.

This management handles Shiloh Valley. The person is Amanda Taylor who has yet fixed the locks on the facilities. She refuses to return any calls and handle the job. It is amazing the gate locks have been broken for over a year. Emails and numerous phone calls to Amanda Taylor and NOTHING. AWFUL MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
