Douglas Grove

I've been a resident at Douglas Grove for over a year now, and it's terrific! Very nice and comfortable units, and very quiet. All the neighbors are friendly when we cross paths and you never hear them. I've had zero issues with anything in my place so I've never had to make a maintenance request, but I've seen them maintaining around the property and de-icing sidewalks when it freezes. Also management is great!

Trying to get in touch with the management team is atrocious to say the least and when you finally do get a hold of someone its always someone claiming to be brand new to the job. Every email has gone unanswered, maintenance request is still pending with no response for weeks. Nothing but empty promises from the responder of the day to a phone call for something to get done. I moved into a unit that still had dozens of holes in the walls that were never patched up and management refuses to send someone out to do so, same with the pests and ants. Took 4 weeks for me to get a mail key of all things because they weren't able to provide it on move in or at any of the many scheduled meets to get it because they wouldn't show up.

I'm so frustrated beyond any tenant should ever feel. I'm trying to move out from Douglas Grove and these guys are ignoring emails, calls, and voicemails for over a week. The new place I'm moving to just need property management of Douglas Grove to fill out a short verification form as part of their background check. This delay is preventing me from moving forward with the new place. I can't believe this type of unprofessionalism exist with a property management company that's responsible for many tenants. It's getting to the point where I'm about to seek help from attorneys and seeking to file formal complaints if this doesn't get resolved.

This is an amazing apartment complex. Neighbors are friendly and the staff are amazing. It’s close to grocery stores and a bus stop right across the street.

Fairly new construction and ready for Tennant occupancy. They offer 2 bedrooms, 1 bedrooms and studios which are reasonably priced and adjusted based on low income residents.
