We are the first tenants to live in our unit and we are still here. We have had many property managers in the office. Our current manager Elaine is the absolute best. She gets things done. She is professional and fair. Things have been running smoothly ever since she filled the position. We’ve had excellent maintenance people as well. Mike was amazing. He was knowledgeable and efficient at fixing anything. Repairs actually got done fast when he was here. The community was a better place with both Mike and Elaine as a team. We felt safe having Mike around. I was so sad to hear he no longer worked at Douglas Greene. We don’t love the fact that our apartments are entered a minimum of twice per month (one is for inspections and the other is pest control on a separate day). It takes a way some

This place has been amazing from the day. I moved in… We’ve been through several managers they all have been great, but Miss Elaine has done wonders for our property. She is on top of things and getting things in order a huge, huge improvement. Our maintenance.guy is excellent he’s here buy next day for issues

I’ve lived here for 3 years now. There are great people that live around here, it’s quiet and well kept. When issues arise maintenance handles them quickly. Other than the change in office staff frequently everything here is wonderful.

I really enjoy living here at Douglas Greene. It is a really good community and the staff in the office as well as maintenance, are great! They are quick to respond if I ever have a question or need.

I've lived here for 3 years. It's a very clean and quiet place. Management is very friendly & if there is an issue in the apartment. It's always a few days or less on the repair.
