AnnMarie delivered beyond our expectation. Her professionalism, knowledge, kindness, drive and AnneMarie's genuine heart made our experience exceptional from the start. We felt so comfortable with AnnMarie. She really listened to what our concerns were and remembered every "must have" to consider moving. Apparently this office is in the habit of misrepresenting the square footage of some of their listings in order to justify the asking price. It was done with the listing they had at 2287 Howes St. in Merrick they listed at over 1700 square feet which was actually less than 1500 square feet and now the listing at 2810 Wynsum Ave. in Merrick listed at over 2900 square feet by counting the basement square footage of approximately 600 square feet as living space. To me that just shows blatant dishonesty.

Huge shoutout my real estate agent Robert D. Hilsenbeck or as I call him R.E.Dad. Nothing short of professional, made sure I was in the loop every step of the way and made sure to have daily check ins and make all of us feel like family 🙂. He went above and beyond and i am beyond happy with my experience and can’t recommend him enough or wait to use him for my next purchase!
