Douglas Elliman Real Estate Office in Fort Greene in Brooklyn, NY

The most incompetent, unprofessional and disrespectful service I've ever received. The agent was an hour late to our lease signing without any notice, and my friend and I were left waiting outside. We didn't even receive an apology. There were several points that were miscommunicated to us during the signing process, but again, no apology for the error on the agent's part. The agent was rude to us during the entire session, even though he was clearly unprepared and we were asking legitimate questions. There's absolutely no chance I will ever recommend Douglas Elliman to anyone.

Called in to ask about appartment avalibilty and was rudely addressed as SIR. When clearly I'm a women! Then I ask to speak to manager about this situation and they hung up on me TWICE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never have I ever seen or meet a person that was so judge mental off of a first impression. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
