So far today, I entered the business during a handsome photoshoot. The front desk receptionist met me with a delightful cup of coffee. I asked for a one bedroom rental paid for by HASA as my guarantor. I was not matched with a qualifying agent. Instead I was matched with Lee, a consultant only qualified in ‘sales’ who offered to email blast my inquiry throughout the company because they had no rental consultants available in office and if someone became available they’d reach out to me. Contrary to the information I’ve received in person, on the website itself, Douglas Elliman has many 1Br units listed which is exactly why I walked in person. I have called the office and left numerous messages with the secretary and different agents about multiple listings I am interested in and have not received a response. I have also inquired through listing on the website and have had no follow up. I have been in the process of looking for an apartment for weeks with no luck getting a hold of any one. Extremely frustrating!!

Through the whole process, I was kind of bothersome with questions but Jesse was always there to answer them. He's very professional and understanding to your needs.
