I can't speak for everyone But I live in one of the buildings For 34 years now and I never Had any issues with them, Lucy was always professional and Courteous And so is Melissa. If I had any request they always took care of it. I always have heat and hot water. Hallways are always clean. No issues.

I went to visit my friend and her family, and I swear, I had to buy them portable heaters because it was so cold in their apartment. The windows were fogged up, and cold air was coming through as if there were no windows at all. The ceiling was wet and dripping due to a leaking roof.

Nora is absolutely the most unprofessional person I've ever spoken to!! They are trying to evict me due to the checks HRA is paying are coming to MY apartment. I was never told that I had to send them in. Nor am I supposed to. I got a 14 day eviction notice dated 5 days after the delivered it to me. Thank God I held them all. She didn't even want to hear that though. I also was told by my case manager rent was being paid. 5 months later NOT ONE notice saying it hasn't been paid and they're trying to evict me .... I just can't even.

2nd Worst Company Happy Hanukkah, My Family For Years Have rented from this DOUGERT Management and another Company , My Sister and Her two Kids were Wrongly Evicted 11 Days before Christmas on One of the Coldest Day of the Year before winter began Dec.12th , While My Sister was answering a 14 Day notice that they only Sent , not the 3 Day after , While at court No later then an Hour later as if tip off By someone at Court Marshalls were at their House banging on the door , Came in While one her Daughters were in the Shower, all Happened So Fast Leaving All them Displaced , also From False accusations from a family Member Who text My Sister Stating She Would get Her evicted . My Niece Confused and Hurt how She left for School From Home but cannot Return Home or Open Her Presents at home

This management company is the absolute worst! No heat! No hot water! No repairs done to apartment no matter how many times you call the office! As I write this review I am sitting in my home, it is 38 degrees Fahrenheit outside and snow on the ground, I am wearing 2 pairs of socks and my toes feel like they are about to fall off!!!! I am dressed as tho I'm sitting outside. the water is too cold for me to bathe my newborn and 3 yr old. They don't respond to court warnings! do not do business with them unless you are an Eskimo.
