We were looking for recreational property in Mississippi and randomly got connected to Preston Barnum with Rushing. It was our first time to look for recreation property and Preston did an outstanding job. From the first time we talked until the signing of papers on our property, Preston was first class. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of this type of purchase. He even made sure he brought the large side by side to accommodate us and my in-laws. Preston hooked us up with all the contacts needed for electric, sewer, water and trailer connections. Would definitely recommend Preston if you're looking for property.

Dan Parker, excellent person to conduct business with. I live out of state and decided to sell my home in MS, you can imagine the logistical difficulties associated with this endeavor. Dan was able to list the home, coordinate a cleaning, find a creditable contractor for repairs, even handled the closing paperwork. Would not have been possible without this gentleman.
