From the very beginning, we felt God’s hand guiding us to Doug Parr Homes. The entire process was filled with grace, patience, and integrity. Every member of the team treated us with honesty and kindness, and it was clear they take great pride in building not just houses, but homes where families can grow and faith can flourish. Our home is truly a blessing, and we are so grateful to Doug Parr Homes for turning our prayers into reality. When buying our home we were treated as if did not matter until i dropped a name of a higher up, then become a priority. Everything was great until we got to our one year warranty in June and now we can not get our doors and tile fixed after our first builder said it was covered. Now we have another builder that will not answer the phone and only responds emails and is telling me they are not going to cover anything else! I would strongly recommend staying away. I’m not the only one having this issue in our neighborhood. Buyers beware.

Starting from square one, the Doug Parr group worked with us to find the perfect lot and plans for our home and lifestyle. They were top notch professionals throughout the relationship; built us a beautiful home of high quality standards and it was far more affordable than we'd ever imagined. I couldn't have hoped for more or better as they continued the relationship far beyond the building stage. After a year in our home now, we can only affirm we made the right decision and well placed our trust.

5 stars is not enough! 10 stars is more like it! We love our Doug Parr Custom home! The process was seamless, timely and worry free. Worry free because our sales agent Jessica Miller was absolutely the best! She sent us pics and updates every week with the progress (we were from out of state), kept us informed with anything concerning the building process and just truly cared about us. She is more like a friend to us now! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jessica and the rest of the crew (Jordy Clark) at Doug Parr Custom Homes. Class act! Thank you DPCH for this beautiful home. We will cherish it forever!

Building a home with Doug Parr Custom homes was a great experience. Clint was great - helping us with decisions, and walking us through the process. Wes was great to work with - communications were perfect. The other staff were great as well - helping with selections, keeping us on budget, etc. Doug is a good guy and we enjoyed several conversations. Now we have our "retirement" home. It is awesome, exactly what we wanted, and at a very good price. Thank you Doug and staff...you made this an easy and enjoyable experience, and we are extremely happy with our new home.
