Dorian Apartments

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently moved into this high-rise community and have had a great experience so far. The building is clean, well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The views and location are definitely a plus. As someone who also works in the building, I see firsthand the effort that goes into keeping the property running smoothly. The team works hard to maintain the property and respond to residents’ needs, which really shows in the condition of the community. Overall, I’m very happy living here and appreciate the professionalism and dedication that goes into making this a great place to call home.

Nicole Swain with the Dorian leasing team has been absolutely instrumental to my move in experience: When meeting Nicole for my first apartment tour back in December, I was met with the utmost kindness and sincerity, of which stayed at the forefront of my mind as I continued my initial apartment searching. But even after viewing other leasing locations, my touring experience with Nicole, in combination with her thoughtfulness, professionalism and happy-to-help demeanor made me come to the decision that Dorian would be the best community for me. My first trip into Belltown to get a feel for whether I would like to live there or not. Nicole showed me around and was a great host. The apartments I saw were amazing, sleek and modern with ample windows. The rooftop lounge was killer. Great views in 4K, full panoramic High Definition. The studio apartments are at the high end of my budget with the cost of parking unfortunately pushing me past my comfort zone ):

It honestly feels like they actually care, which makes a huge difference. The building itself is super clean and modern, and my apartment feels cozy, quiet, and bright — exactly what I wanted. The amenities are such a bonus: the gym is always spotless, the rooftop views are unreal, and all the common areas feel really well-kept. Anytime I’ve needed anything, maintenance handled it quickly without any hassle. The location is also perfect. I recently toured Dorian and was extremely impressed by the views (the best in Belltown!), the amenities, and the shared spaces such as the lobby. Nicole was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable the entire tour. We really appreciated her insight about the community and how attentive she was to our needs. Though we ultimately decided to move forward with another property, Dorian was a very close second. The amenities were clean and tidy, the unit itself was spacious (we viewed a 2-bed), and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. We'll definitely consider Dorian in the future!
