Dorian and Encore Apartments

I visit my brother every week, and I always expect that the next week, they will clean the elevator and the corridors between apartments. However, the elevator and the stairs are still dirty, and the smell is everywhere. They were better before, but I think the new management is careless.

Cash Payne made my touring experience phenomenal!! He was extremely knowledge, Professional and thorough. He covered every Detail from amenities to lease terms and answered all of my questions without hesitation he. I truly appreciated how patient and informative he was. He made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Excellent customer service.

My Experience with Dorian has been wonderful since Day 1. Kristin was very supportive and helpful in showing the property to finalizing the lease. Community is clean and beautiful with Grocery and markets at walking distance. I did not realize that we are not having care initially for 2 weeks as everything was just a walk away. Community is clean and very well maintained.
