Greedy Management with Little Regard for Tenants When moving out, don’t expect to get your full security deposit back. They conduct overly strict inspections and will charge for even the smallest imperfections, like scuffs or scratches on the floor, resulting in little to no reimbursement, no matter the condition of the property.

I really had a good experience here. The office manager Jennie was wonderful. Always helpful and kind. When I initially came to look at apartments she immediately put me at ease. One of the reasons I rented there! I also never had any issues with the apartment. Everything worked fine. Only changed light bulbs, that was about it. I def recommend this place. I was there for about 2 years. Moving out in May.

I like this apartment best location school,library,pharmacy, subway ,salon,dollar tree,bar shoprite ,police station ,bank ,kids play ground everything is in walking distance. Society is very good well maintained clean. I love this appartment.

They will not return your security deposit and let you pay for their routine maintenance.
