I've been living here 6 years and I'm satisfied. It is a friendly community, the staff and maintenance are always available. Pet friendly community, which is important to me a I have 3 cats and a dog. The management even helped me pay for one of my beloved pets cremation costs. That right there should tell you what kind of people are out here. My neighbors came as a group to express their sorrow and even though we don't speak the same language I felt their love. This is a good place with good people. This is KitKat enjoying one of the man courtyards here

New management this year has made a tremendous difference in such the short period of time they've taken over.. Issac is wonderful with tenants and communication. Great attention to detail and helping everyone, staff included. The parking lot has actually been renovated, new windows in the laundry room, work orders are taken care of under a 48 hr window, and still Isaac is in the process of making many more wonderful changes to come. Really great overall with customer service... He has made a huge difference despite having to overcome the challenges of what old management failed to do, hes still getting it done humbly,and in the mist of this pandemic.... Keep up the great work !

Hot water is controlled by management and so is your air conditioner. Ugly buildings with wires sticking out and the apt you get won’t match what they show you. Parking lot has lots of pot holes and the playgrounds are a joke because no one really wants to play at them. They welcome you into the complex with a “smile you’re on camera” sign - that’s not very welcoming. No gates or security. Maintenance isn’t even licensed. Don’t let these apartments fool you move somewhere else. Don’t believe the owner or management with their stern false reviews and occupancy’s are high turn out!

We are currently living here. Every time we asked for maintaince they say they will send them and they come 2 or 3 days later! We pay our rent on time!!! They say they love there residence but don’t even show it! ALL they care about is the money ALMOST every parking spot is reserved, which makes other vehicles park further than were they live at! I personally think they should have ONLY several parking spots to be reserved I have worked in Management before and know how this works!
