First and foremost I want to thank the staff at Dorchester. In a desperate time of need they took great care of me and my family. Paula, Natalie and Alex put the greatest effort in taking care of my family. They were patient, kind and took a great amount of time to figure out a solution to a predicament that we were in. Thank you guys and I hope you have an amazing year to come! Highly recommend Dorchester Apartments to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is actually the second time I’m leaving one for the Dorchester leasing and maintenance team — that’s how much they deserve it. I’ve been living here for about four years now, and this is my second transfer once to upgrade to a bigger apartment and this time due to allergies and wanting to move into a unit without carpet. Throughout every step of the process, the level of care and support from Adrian, Natalie, Sylvia, and Paula has been truly exceptional. What sets this team apart is that they don’t just say they care about their residents — they show it and you can feel it. They’ve created a real sense of community and warmth. You can feel that they genuinely care about the people who live in their buildings, and that makes all the difference. A

While searching for apartments this time last year, I was understandably wary of budget apartments and took a chance on Dorchester despite some of the negative reviews; I am so pleasantly surprised! I absolutely love it here. Our unit is clean and updated, and we get tons of natural light. Parking is almost never an issue besides the occasional night when you have to search a little harder (usually weekend nights). Maintenance is quick and efficient, I had a leak in the bathroom ceiling coming from upstairs and it was fixed by the end of the weekend. The landscaping is constantly maintained and it has looked beautiful every season. These units are extremely soundproof, we're on the first floor and I have never heard a sound from above us. Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the current management of Dorchester Apartment. I have been a resident of this complex since 2009 and have always been a reliable tenant, consistently paying my rent on time and adhering to the community guidelines. However, since the departure of Mr. Mark as the manager, the quality of management has significantly declined. In particular, I am extremely disappointed with the leasing manager, “Angelique Earley” and the assistant manager, Peter. My daughter, who is 22 years old with a high credit score and recently secured a job, applied for an apartment at the end of April. I have been living here for several years,i have read most of the reviews. I can say it is a nice place,better than most large complex in the area. Parking ive had my trouble as i drive a truck,so i dont park next to any cars if possible for my own protection and for consideration of others that would be affected.To tight for trucks to park. I work early so i dont get affected by grass cutting to much but it never fails on day off it starts early. Nice looking grass tho. Anyway i live on ground level no bugs or rodents. Need some repair on so cosmetic stuff. But hey u can always go pay water electric,gas if u want top of the line. One more thing to manager please dont cut down any more trees.🌲
