Definitely recommend Chanel to be your agent while trying to apply for the place . She has the patience to work with over 6 months to get me qualified at the time I needed it the most. I’m so grateful. Nice place .enough space to fit all my furniture and I love the gym .

Agent Chanell was soooo amazing! She was the most kindest, fastest and responsive all the time with her best! Even though there were some problem with the landlord she was patiently with me to solve it together. She even checked once if everything is okay a while after I moved in. Def recommend her when you are looking for a new sweet home!

I've never been more impressed with this group of professionals. I had the good fortune of working with Chanell. Since I'm from Jersey renting in NYC was/is foreign to me. Chanell, had the kindess, patience, and intelligence of going the extra mile and helping me out. She did not have to do that. In addition, I was frustrated at tiimes and I shouldve been more grateful. Granted, I apologized. She remained unfazed, and kept it professional and did her job and then some. I dont think, I would have wanted or got the apartment if it wasn't fore her.
