Donovan Village Apartments

Really nice place to live, been living here for 1 years, the new manager Reina, Ismanol and Eddie have done a great job. The community is kept clean, and they repaired the washer and dryers in the Washateria. Is really nice to have someone at the office to help us at all times. We are very happy with the new changes management has done. Definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible and disgusting place to live. The property is infested with stray cats and the area by the office smells like dog shit. My girlfriend appointment had a horrible rat problem. The neighbors blast there music loud all night long, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

It is a quiet village, nice neighbors. if we talk about maintenance excellent staff, Joander, a courteous and helpful young man, always try to help and keep the community clean. Thank you . For the office staff, I understand that payments can be made online, ... personal attention is always better. Thank you

I am a resident here at Donovan Village and I must say, I enjoy the quietness and cleanliness. The manager Lynda M. Is a great, loving, and considerably nice lady. She is always smiling and greets with a positive attitude. She takes care of her business, she is direct and straight forward if there happens to be an issue. She will get it situated. Thanks for my wonderful time here at Donovan.
