Donna Court Apartments

We followed the lease office's instructions to notify our vacancy before lease term due, and we returned the keys and signed paper in person at lease office. Three weeks later, we received legal notices of eviction after we already returned the keys and moved out the apartment for three weeks. After we tried to communicate the issue, the regional property manager Nick apologized to us and explained that eviction was mistake due to transition of property manager and miscommunication. Nick was helpful and professional to fix the problem.

Your staff on the phone was so very helpful. We rented without see the resident because my husband is on the list for a lung transplant so we had to move from Boston. Your area looked so much more peaceful and homey . We were right. It’s nice here and the apartment was spotless when we moved in. Thank you very much

Donna court is a great place to live. Dan is a good property manager, whatever I ask him to do it gets done. He is such a nice guy. Danita is a good leasing professional she answers the phone and makes time to hear any inconvenience I have about my place. She makes sure any inconvenience I have is resolved. I love it!

I've been here for years and have never had issues. Lately the noise level has become increasingly loud and management does nothing about it. Not regular cheap apartment noises, but heavy stomping repeatedly all day long. Danita is friendly and helpful. Dan always asks if everything is okay but you have to stay on him to get things done. He still hasn't resolved the noise issues in this complex and I don't think he cares to. Beware.

I’ve been a resident at Donna’s Court for 4 years . And finally we have a manager who cares. Each time I run into Dan , the manager, he ask if everything ok. I had several issues in and about my apartment building and it was corrected within an appropriate time . Also, there is a member of the office staff that is kind and make sure messages are relayed accordingly to the issues. Her name is Danita. I recommend Donna's Court to anyone.
