Donerail Run

I recently stayed in a spacious apartment that offered a lot of potential and comfort. The layout was nice, providing ample space for relaxation. However, I was disappointed by the state of the exterior. There was a significant amount of trash overflowing in the designated pickup areas, which detracted from the overall appearance. Additionally, trash was scattered across the grass on both sides of the complex. While the amenities like the pool and parking garage were decent, the lack of attention to the outside cleanliness was a letdown. Overall, the apartment itself was nice, but improvements in upkeep would make for a much better experience

I recently moved from this beautiful structure called Donerail Run due to ineffective leadership. My third floor neighbor made a lot of noise and throwing objects that led to cracking of sealing in multiple places in my apartment. I complained to the current property manager who used to be caring and responsive when she was an assistant manager under many managers who came and left; but she doesn't care after ascending to managerial post. I lived at Donerail Run for over 4 years and would still stay if there was effective and caring management or leadership. The first manager of this property, Ms. Autumn was very effective and business oriented. I had to moved because my family was traumatized and deprived of sleep due to relentless noise from the neighbors above my unit. I was paying $146

I'm grateful to have a roof over my head. Thankful for the staff and management how they're very helpful. I love all the programs they have for women and kids. The only thing I could say is the noise from the kids the fighting from kids and adults. I don't put that on the staff because u can't control people or how they was raised. The staff does a great job. I love it here it's good for my son who has some disabilities. It's great he has a place to workout and a nice place to live. Our first place was Jefferson Green and will forever be grateful.

I love living here! Staff is absolutely amazing! Property manager is absolutely amazing! Such a clean and beautiful property. Very nice and quiet!! I love my home so much! I couldn't say one bad thing about this apartment complex. Best one in Kentucky if u ask me🩷 thank you Team donerail and Sam🩷 very professional every time. All the time! Thank you!

I Love living here I'm grateful that management has been working with me But, I would give 5 stars but some of the residents in my building are ungrateful and disrespectful of the noise they make during the early morning hours and especially at night when it's time to lie down. We are all adults here I pay regular rent here while some of the tenants might not pay nothing at all. Otherwise than that I like it for the most part. Parents don't have control of their kids and the trash and playing in the hallway off our doors and ringing the doorbells too. Thanks for providing me with a roof over my head.I wish the 1 bedroom had walk- in showers like the 2 bedrooms because of me not being able to bend my knee much I can't use the shower😒
