Gloria has done some FANTASTIC appraisal work. She is quick, prompt, and communicative. She was a huge help and saved me through a transaction with my client. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Extremely disappointed and outraged. Totally unprofessional and an extreme insult in the appraisal we received. They are unfair and have poor quality in assessment skills. The Woman who owns the company couldn’t have gotten out of the house faster than when she came in. After detailed explanation about the renovations that had been done down to the stud work of a home, and for what the house previously appraised for prior to renovations, we received the lowest of lows in appraisals. The property was inappropriately assessed. Its robbery. This company needs to re-evaluate their assessments in homes. And will never refer anyone to this company and we will pursue and investigate further options elsewhere.

One of the best appraisers I have used in the last 27 years I’ve been in this mortgage business. Highly, highly recommend Gloria Donato.
