Met Don through our realtor , Fantastic service! Took time to make sure we understood the things he was telling us and was very personable, which made it easier on us and less stressful. Loved the drone videos and photos!! We feel Don is professional, thorough, and good at his job. He also did a wind mitigation and 4 pt inspection and pictures in case we need them later. We did, and he was quick to respond and send. Thanks Don!

He was very fast in answering calls and text. Showed up on time for appointment at short notice. Did the inspection two days after first contact. Did a check carefully and used a drone. Feedback and reports were clear and easy to understand. Very good communication. Easy payment methods. Highly recommended!

Don is an amazing inspector. In all of my years of home buying I have never been part of such a thorough inspection. Don covered every room and gave a detailed description of everything he found. We learned so much about the house we were about to purchase! (Not all good, but certainly necessary.) We were able to communicate with the sellers with detailed information and close with complete confidence that the home was in working order. He’s all business, but has a great sense of humor! He was a pleasure to work with.

Don has done several inspections for me now dating back to 2018. He is always amazingly thorough, efficient, & great with his communication...especially that he actually answers his phone (usually on the first ring), is reliable & dependable...in Florida, these attributes are unheard of! He has a very user-friendly and streamlined system that's very easy to read and understand. He always gets reports back to me within a couple of hours.
