The management team here are wonderful people, and so are the residents. I did two collaboration events with the manager, Colby, and she lended us tables and helped out with promotion as well. The environment is also pet-friendly, lots of people live here with their dogs. There’s also a cafe next door. Domus has truly been one of the best communities that we partnered with so far! They treat partners and residents with such care and respect!

I lived at Domus for about 3 years and had a really great experience. The apartment was spacious and clean, the building was very nice, the leasing agents (specifically Colby and Kyle) were always very responsive and kind. In addition, the maintenance service and staff were excellent and things were always fixed within 24 hours. I highly recommend this building!

I strongly advise anyone considering living at Domus to think twice. My overall experience has been extremely disappointing, especially with how the management handles residents and move-out charges. When I moved into my unit, it already had multiple issues — all documented on my move-in inspection sheet and through numerous maintenance requests. Despite this, when I moved out, management attempted to charge me for many of these same pre-existing damages as if I had caused them. On top of that, my unit suffered a severe mice infestation during my tenancy. We had more than a dozen mice over time, and the infestation caused damage that was clearly not tenant-related. Instead of taking responsibility, Domus tried to hold me accountable for those damages. Making matters worse, when their ow

My daughter has lived at Domus Apartments for a couple of years now and we couldn't be happier. She absolutely loves living there, and as a parent, I have real peace of mind knowing they are in such a secure, well-maintained, and welcoming community. The security, convenience, and top-notch amenities truly stand out, and the location is unbeatable — everything is within walking distance - to school, to great restaurants, and shops. The building is always clean and well-kept, and every interaction I've had with the Domus team has been nothing short of excellent. Everyone is helpful and responsive, and I want to give a special shoutout to Colby Rosenberg for consistently going above and beyond with support and availability for any questions or assistance.

My move-out experience at Domus was extremely disappointing. I was unfairly charged $275 for an "Express Clean" even though I never requested this service. Before moving out, I reached out to management to clarify what was required regarding cleaning — but no one responded. I hired a professional cleaning service and submitted the invoice after move-out as proof that the apartment was cleaned. Despite this, the charge was still applied, and no evidence was provided showing that the unit was left unclean. As a student, this unexpected fee is a serious financial burden. I followed the rules in good faith, but Domus showed no flexibility or humanity in handling the situation. It feels like they are taking advantage of tenants, especially students, who may not have the time or legal resources
