For starters, they pay the tenants to leave 5 stars in order to reduce the cost of rent for 1 month. They call though and ask and don’t text so there’s no proof. I waited til I got my deposit back to update my review. Aside from that, this place was ridden with bugs. Not kidding when I said I had to call the exterminator every other week because I would find anywhere from 5-10 spiders a DAY so please buy traps and a lot of them. When I moved in, in the dead of winter, the heat didn’t work so the apartment was a cozy 40 degrees. The shower handle fell off, no hot water, and 3 shot outlets within a week of moving in. The walls are paper thin and during a bad storm EVERY single window leaked. Water came in from every angle and I needed buckets to try and stop it, and a lot of my stuff was rui

I have really enjoyed my time living here so far. First and most importantly to me, I love the location. It is quiet and not too busy, however there is plenty to do. Chelsea Management Group has been great to rent from so far. They are always easy to access and communicate with. The maintenance service here has been great as well, when I have needed something fixed they have been available and helpful. The Roxborough area has been great to live in and Chelsea Management Group has helped make that experience great as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I moved here around a year ago and it has been a great place to live. The new management is on top of their game, the maintenance team are quick to respond, and the apartments are new and feel very modern too. If an issue popped up, it was only 1 call away from being resolved. The area is also fantastic with public transport really close by, a regional rail down the road, bus stop up the road, and many great restaurants and food trucks nearby. I had to move away for family reasons, but my experience here was great and I'm sincerely going to miss it. I would 100% recommend!

Great apartments. No issues besides some appliance troubles; however, maintenance is quick to respond. Great location and renovated apartments.

Do not rent here. You have no rights. Be late on rent by 1 day and they will try to evict you and have legal fees. It even says "Tenant agrees to waive any notice including the 10 or 30 day notice period which is contained in Section 501 of the Landlord and Tenant Act of 1951, as amended, 68 P.S. 250.501, or any other notice period established by law. LANDLORD MAY FILE SUIT AGAINST TENANT TO ENFORCE THE TERMS OF THE LEASE WITHOUT NOTICE TO TENANT." This place is a scam
