Greetings, I 'd like to thank management for the recent updates to my apartment, I am pleased with the work done and I the new appliance everything is working fine. Thanks again. For the upgrade!👍🏽😀

I shared the trash and recycling collection dates and times three times via voicemail after their new resident was blocking the alley by parking there and leaving boxes that sat for nearly a week after their move-in. I'm unsure if the information was relayed because they are still leaving bags of trash in the alley, which attracts rats that are rummaging through it. This behavior is very inconsiderate and suggests that the management company is poorly run.

I’m sitting here reading these reviews and honestly I’m very surprised. I signed a 2 year lease with them and my lease is up this May. I actually intend on staying with them but at another property because I need more room. Anytime that I had an issue they were on it like almost immediately. I don’t have any rodents in my home since I’ve been here. Sure outback in the alley you’ll see a rat or 2 but it’s Baltimore city you expect that. I’m saying that to say if I can help it, I won’t be leaving this rental agency they cool with me!

This is what I am subject to deal with. When moving in 4yrs ago they tried to convince me to sign a 2yr lease. For a discounted deposit versus the 1yr for $800. I took one yr. They stated it would be a month to month lease there after. The day I moved in I saw roaches. Told management, they denied pests. But there were roach traps in the cupboards that they put in the house. I would hear crunching noises at night under the tub and in the main bedroom. These are rat holes. Not mice! The bathroom has molded over 3times. They just keep scraping it and painting over it with flat paint. NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM!!! The basement would flood during heavy rain and it took over 6 months for them to fix it. Now I am trying to move and they are saying the lease automatically renews for a yr but it is
