We LOVE living here! We have been living here for a few years now and plan to stay put! I want to give a shoutout to Samantha at the leasing office! She is so kind and extremely helpful! Amazing customer service! She really cares and always tries to help! Leasing office staff really make a difference for the people living in the complex and I am glad to say that Samantha makes the experience even better! She really does go above and beyond! She calls you back if she misses your call, she follows up on any requests and is truly a kind hearted person. The complex is so small and intimate, that we all feel like neighbors, which I love! My daughter and I are always saying hi to other residents when we bump into them! Its just overall kind residents! I love the quick turnaround for work orde

I moved here about 2yrs ago and it was the best decision I could have made . It's a small community of apartments with an absolutely amazing staff. Although they have change management , their level of commitment to the residents that live here has not. Samantha is awesome and always ready to help me with any and every issue I have had. Thanks for all you do to make our living here a wonderful experience.

It’s so much that I’ve endured living here 2/24-2/25 I don’t know where to start. I have never been so stressed in my life! When I moved in the master tub was disgusting! Apparently management didn’t do a walk through. I went through 3 raggedy refrigerators, wall in living room splitting, crown molding cracking, ceiling water stains, mentally disabled vet over me and harassing me and my son and up all night screaming.dog poop and cigarette buds everywhere, should I keep going? In Jan I woke to water in my washroom, hallway, guest bathroom, and guest bedroom. Maintenance said it was my washer that I hadn’t used and left me to clean it all up, then a couple of days later both sinks backed up water everywhere again, used all my towels , blankets , sheets to clean up. Plumber came and apparent

Tatiana and Samantha are the most genuine, informative, knowledgeable leasing staff that I've had the pleasure to meet in a VERY long time! You can tell they truly enjoy helping people and wanting to give you all the information you need for a successful move.I'm looking forward to leasing in the coming weeks. Samantha was great throughout our entire experience with our lease and new home! Even now when I see her, she remembers my name and asks how I’m doing!! The office staff is very put together and organized. The property is also super quiet and well managed! We love living here.
