Dominion Review Update from Apt 525 WARNING: MICE VIDEO MAY CONTAIN GRAPHIC CONTENT. We lived at Dominion for 4–5 years without major issues until Fall 2025, when we began experiencing a mouse problem in our unit. From September 2025 through February 2026, we caught a total of four mice in the apartment. Management did respond and scheduled repeated visits from Eagle Pest Control over several months, placing multiple traps throughout the unit. On our final clean-out day — after the apartment had been mostly empty for several days except for a sectional — we discovered a dead mouse on one of the snap traps that had been placed in December. The odor was extremely strong, indicating it had likely been there for some time. This was after months of weekly visits and assurances that activity
I cannot say enough good things about Dominion Apartments and the incredible team that makes this community feel like home. Michelle stands out as truly exceptional. She is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Every interaction with her is positive and reassuring, and it is clear she takes pride in what she does. One of the things that really sets Dominion Apartments apart is the sense of community created by the staff. Pam, Michelle, and Victor consistently host thoughtful and well organized resident events that bring people together. The sip and paint event was wonderful. It was relaxing, fun, and a great way to unwind while meeting neighbors. The breakfast on the go events are also a fantastic touch. They are a nice start to the day and show how much the
After living here for a few months, I feel like I can call this place home now— it’s just peaceful. Like most places, there are some issues. Shoutout to the “Maintainance Team” They fixed things swiftly and efficiently when requested! Ms./Mrs. Michelle Jiles is also one of an exceptional and wonderful!! She always takes good care of tenants and is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Anytime I have a question, she responds quickly, if she doesn’t know the answers, she will find out for you and when there’s a problem, she handles it promptly and efficiently. It truly gives me peace of mind knowing she’s managing the building. Her dedication and excellent customer service make living here a great experience so far. Ms./Mrs. Michelle — You are AMAZING! 🤩 Hopefully, I can continue
*Long post alert* Feb 2026 Update: I second what my husband said on Google. What makes this especially disappointing is that we were inconvenienced by a problem we did not create and could not control. We maintained our unit consistently for years without issue prior to Fall 2025. Yet the disruption, preparation for repeated inspections, and ultimately the decision to move fell entirely on us as residents. Even after relocating, we are still dealing with outstanding charges and final billing questions related to our move-out. It is disheartening to feel that the ongoing impact of this situation has been absorbed primarily by the tenant, while the larger property operations remain largely unaffected. This experience has been both frustrating and saddening, particularly after multiple ye
I like my reviews to be honest and genuine, because housing is a big deal. People spend a huge portion of their hard-earned money on where they live, and I don’t believe in sugarcoating experiences that could impact someone’s quality of life. With that said, management at Dominion Apartments has, at times, been a little hit-or-miss. There have been a handful of interactions with certain individuals where the customer service was… less than ideal. In some cases, basic questions were met with confusion, indifference, or a lack of accountability toward residents and their concerns. That part deserves to be acknowledged, and I could write a separate review on those hiccups. However, the real purpose of this review is to recognize the people who consistently show up, do their jobs well, and g
