Devan is the best realtor we have EVER had. He went above and beyond anything we would have ever expected or even heard about. He suggested improvements to get us the maximum sale price (new carpet, new lighting, and he arranged the trades and even went to the carpet shop to get samples). He made it super easy. We were getting ready to list he property and just before it went live he suggested we increase the listing price. I was very surprised and skeptical about increasing the price but we did it and guess what? Thanks to all of Devans hard work (he even moved out the previous tenants desks and other junk) the property sold quickl;y at a price much higher than I ever would have thought.
