From the leasing process through move-in, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Jennie made the entire leasing experience smooth and stress-free. She was always quick to respond to questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This is less about the actual property itself, and more about the company that owns it, UDR Apartments. The actual building had some nice amenities when I toured it. I liked the location, the courtyards, and the layout of the 1BR apartment I was touring. I applied to Domain Brewers Hill and one other apartment, and had to put down a $500 deposit during the application process (which I think is ridiculous). I decided to go with the other apartment, and when I asked for my $500 back, UDR automatically mailed a check to the apartment I MOVED OUT OF. I called and emailed and after much back and forth, they supposedly mailed a new check to my current apartment. It has now been THREE MONTHS and I STILL do not have my $500 back. UDR keeps claiming they're reissuing the check every time it doesn't

Loving the Domain so far! The striking difference between this apartment building and the porter is the presence of a warm, welcoming concierge by the name of Vanessa. She has a permanent, infectious smile and her sunny disposition helps create a pleasant environment. Not to mention the peace of mind that comes with her diligent collection of package deliveries.

Previously, I would have rated higher. Im disappointed to see how they are handling my renewal offer. The increase is dramatic. They are advertising a slightly bigger (but still 2 bed 2 bath) apartment for $600-$800 less per month than they are offering to renew mine for. They've mentioned multiple times that one advantage of renewing my lease is that I won't have to pay moving costs. That feels like they are taking advantage of their residents, instead of trying to work with us. Per a previous review, yes, the alarms do go off in the middle of the night semi-regularly. Each time, it takes 30-70 mins to turn off and letting us return.

i’ve been living here a little over 1 year now. tbh, i love my apartment. seriously i’ve never had any real issues, concierge is always nice and Ms. Jennie in the office always helps! I def recommend moving here, lots of pets tho, doesn’t bother me. hope this helps!
