Doma Chase Condominiums

Doma chase is shit. They tow their own people that live in the condominiums. $600 in total for two cars towed already in the past 2 weeks. So predatorial and money hungry. You figure you live here in a community and safe since it’s gated. You get robbed by the same place. Not to mention. Car was broken into earlier this week. No security or anything but yet they want to enforce towing. What a joke.

Very spacious. Love the size of a one bedroom balcony walkin closet washer and dryer connection gated.

I am not a resident but i have not been able to get in touch with anyone from leasing. I have requested apartment tours, called the numbers I have found but contact info is not easily found. I have requested communication on Zillow and Apartments.com and still haven't heard back. I was interested in leasing but not anymore. You all should take down your listings if you will ignore future residents anyways.

whenever I've visited friends in this apartment it smelled of cigar and weed smoke which made me cough. It was very unpleasant and my friends found it unbearable.
