Dolphin Court Apartments

A lovely sanctuary and great value across from Mt Tabor. Every apartment is unique. The manager is responsive and friendly. The property is quiet, beautiful and drama free. Laundry and car ports on site. Folks who live here appreciate the value and the service. Absolutely not your average apartment living experience. Feels like a home.

Pro: Lived here for 5 months from September 1st 2022 to February 1st 2023 with two of my friends. Rent was cheap, and The apartments were cosy. Cons: Crime, parking, management, and obviously location sucks. In my 5 months the managers office was broken into with everyones keys stolen, The undercover parking area was caught on fire and my cars gas tank was drilled INTO TWICE within less than a month. That was the final straw and I got out of there a week later.

Horrible living conditions. The unit was always damp, we couldn’t live without A dehumidifier. Black mold and water damaged walls were everywhere. The landlord was also very sneaky upon move out. We lived there for 4 years, and the person before us lived there for 3. The carpet was due for a change due to normal wear-and-tear but they still made us pay for it. I tried to fight it but they ignored me until I filed two cases with the BBB. They are slumlords and scam artists. Please do not move there. It’s NOT WORTH IT!

I've been here many years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. The place is very quiet Surrounded by nice people Convenient to get to the bus Across the street from Mount Tabor

Yes, they are old mid century modern, but are well kept, affordable, and a quiet complex with landscaped courtyards.
