Their excellent customer service, clear communication, attention to detail, and honesty made this experience outstanding 🌟. I can’t express how thankful and happy I am with my interactions with both of them at this property leasing office. I purchased the second parking spot and pay an extra $95 every month, but there are almost never any available spaces at night. The outside parking area has only about 25–30 spots, and when I come home late from work, I’m told to “wait until someone leaves.” This is completely unreasonable. I come home tired and sleep-deprived, and I shouldn’t have to wait 25–30 minutes—or even longer—just to park in a spot I’m paying for. I am extremely disappointed with this situation. The service does not match what I’m paying for, and I do not recommend it at all. We truly regret moving here.

When we signed the lease, a staff member showed us a unit that looked completely different from the one we actually received. The apartment was smaller and the bedroom had no window, which was never clearly explained. During our lease, we had maintenance issues and extremely high water charges that were never properly addressed despite multiple requests. Now, even after we moved out, management is trying to charge us for additional months of rent, which is unfair. Overall, our experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this property.

I’m sad to say that I will be moving out in July because this place has felt like home for the past 4 years. The staff are super friendly. When we put in maintenance requests they fix the problem pretty quickly. The building itself is clean, quiet and safe. Amenities are up to date and clean. They have a package service which is nice and the little store in the building that’s convenient. The only small things that are annoying but does not take away from how great Dolley Madison is the guest parking and the fire alarm. The complex is pretty large but there are about 10 guest parking spots and street parking sucks because of the large golf course next the complex that takes up a lot of unnecessary space. And the fire alarm will go off about once every 3 months at random times. Overall I gi
