Give three stars only because of the previous Managment. The previous managers listened to their resident concerns and showed concern and actually helped as best they could but they all left. The new management is trash. Asia and miss holt are sweet hearts but that other lady Shird watch out for her. I have been living here for 6 years. Yes it’s a great starter home for a small family. Be mindful that maintenance is horrible, appliances in the homes are not updated. You have to ask for maintenance to do routine maintenance if not, they only coming if something isn’t working right and sometimes it takes them months to do one job. I had to call the state my first couple of years living here because nobody ever came when asked for work that needs to be done. The state came out did their job.

Maintenance is trash, not all the maintenance personnel is bad and I am talking about the new maintenance personnel they do their jobs. The older employees make the new ones do all the work.The neighborhood is not bad and it is a great start up for a family. The maintenance here is really bad yes I say this again because if you move here be aware that it may takes months to get something fixed in your house unless it’s an emergency. You put a order in and it takes them months to fix one small thing which is annoying especially when you know they get paid regardless. It’s not fair to the tenants and the new staff.

I lived here for 5 years. 3rd years of living here I have complained about my ceiling in the kitchen leaking. All maintenance do is cork it and say its complete. Finally, enough is enough I fussed I complained after 3 years because the water is getting worst. They called a plumber to come out just to know it is not only my townhouse the lady inside the court is leaking as well. They so cheap they only wanted to pay for my job not the ladies which still made my ceiling leak. Called complained and then they lied.the maintenance men lies as well. Make up stories to cover themselves. You can never get someone on the phone. They don't give receipts when rent paid The staff makes it a bad place to live. Not to mention how thin the walls are.

Moved in place was nice until you look deeper inside when you open the drawl’s and cabinet you seen a lot of roach eggs minor things needed to be fixed before moving in like closet had drawling on it kitchen cabinets had writing on it under bathroom sink had mold under it tile wasn’t placed right in the bathroom floor and the manager is so unprofessional I sent emails about moving to another unit and she never responded to my emails they didn’t want to move me to another unit so I had to move out after only living there for 2 weeks and they gave my money back I don’t recommend at all

Why I call here and say nothing available to rent until September but I see bad reviews about roach and mice infestations? That's a turnoff. Get better!
