Dogwood Trace Apartments

These apartments are NASTY & they don’t fix anything over here . They only got 1 menace man . Me and my boyfriend had to go to the office EVERYDAY with the same complaints. This apartment is infested with MOLD and bugs like spiders / roaches. They always shooting over here and nonstop violence goes on EVERYDAY in these apartments. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move over here .

The property manager, Kim, was a life saver for my sister through the approval process. She rented her a big newly renovated apartment with brand new appliances!

In my experience, good management can make all the difference in an apartment community. Breanna has truly been amazing through my process in obtaining an apartment. I would highly recommend DogWood Trace to anyone searching for a rental, knowing they'll be in good hands. The management here is simply outstanding.

I had the pleasure to meet with someone regarding an apartment by the name of Brianna not sure if I spelled her name correctly. But let me just say she was the most sweetest can be explain to me about the apartment and all the procedures that's needed to apply and also the resources the company have . Ms Nigeria and her in the office were awesome ! They were helpful compassionate and very informative I think this may be the home for my family ! Big ups to you guys and to this company I’d advise keeping them around as long as possible ! They make the place truly feel like home ‼️
