Rachel is a highly skilled and professional home inspector. Get her to do your home inspection if you can. She did our home inspection in the fall of 2014. She showed up on time and proceeded to do a thorough inspection of the house we were looking to buy, even crawling around for quite a while in a less than inviting crawl space. She let me go around the inspection with her and I had lots of questions that she was happy to answer but probably took up more of her time. She showed us a variety of things that would need to be fixed and gave us a comprehensive inspection report a few days after the inspection. Great experience.
