A lot of people will state that they know what they are doing, but Jeremy not only states what he knows but he can demostrate efficiently what he knows. As a legit buyer, I reached out to Jeremy to inquire on a listing marked as contingent. He seemed uninterested in discussing any opportunities for an immediate cash sale and/or as a next chance buyer should the contingency fall through. He was rude. His arrogance was offensive. Now I can understand why he has a poor reputation in the Waterford community. Highly do NOT recommend Jeremy Doering. If anyone is considering him, I'd suggest finding another agent.
