Dodson Place Apartments

Honestly cheap affordable apartments but what really stood out for me was working with Elena she helped through the whole process being patient keeping me informed of when anything became available after two months of me going in for the initial visit due to my own reasons I wasn’t able to move right then and there but she kept in touch with me. She has great customer service it was a pleasure working with her!!

Really good place to stay really quiet .neighbors are nice rent is affordable. Hot water cold water works. Amazing office lady . There's a cornerstore you can walk to and the stuff is affordable there's also a family dollar and a wic in the area. It's a very nice area dog park is nice and clean. And these apartments are pet friendly!!!

Nice remodel apartments great residents and good office staff

As an elderly person I can appreciate the nice, quiet environment and the respect the Dodson Place property manager gives and is very responsive to correct or schedule repairs the issues residents may have. All in all I am very comfortable residing here at Dodson Place

I want to start and say that it's quiet the mangers are very acomative and strive to see there tenets happy and my sure there comfortable too thumbs up ibeen hear 3 months and I love it
