Living at this apartment has been a frustrating experience, mainly due to the poor communication from management. Maintenance requests take forever to get addressed, and when they do, it’s usually after several follow-ups. They rarely respond to emails, and when they do, the responses are vague and unhelpful. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care for residents. I dont recommed renting from this property management specifically at 213 E broad st. this property was recently was taken over from Evernest by Dodson both are terrible property management

I've had the pleasure of working with David Barrow and Tyler Colbert of Dodson Commercial over the past several years, and they are great to work with and genuinely care about your needs. I would have no qualms about recommending David and Tyler to anyone interested in services or properties offered by Dodson Commercial.

Do NOT get involved with this management group. Zero communication and not professional. You’d get better living conditions on the streets than the properties they manage.

Do not lease any property managed by this company. They would rather threaten to sue you, then do quality work for their negligence.
