The apartments are very poorly maintained. You can hear the neighbors conversations through the floors and walls word for word. The screens on my porch ripped out during a winter storm and they said they wouldn't fix them until spring. Some pigeons started living on the porch. When I moved out, they took $75 off of my security deposit because the porch wasn't properly swept when I did not want to go out there with the birds.

Terrible slumlords extort extra charges meant for other tenants onto the deposit. Half of the time, their office will be closed. They never show up for final inspections intentionally so that they could shamelessly rip off international students even when they have master keys, they'll make excuses of no one being at the property and will then add fraudulent charges, take weeks to respond to emails, & will stop responding abruptly. The management is totally scandalous through their unlawful way of dealing with the tenants. Sham!

They have been nothing, but courteous and helpful since day one! I needed to expedite the moving process from previous apartment and they went out of their way to make that happen. Any time I needed a maintenance call they were right on top of it. I have recommended them to friends and family. Due to extenuating circumstances I was unable to renew my lease but would consider renting from them again in the future!

I rented from this company for two years, I loved my house but the staff itself was awful. Expect them to ignore maintenance calls, neglect returning any calls to the office, false charges showing up and miscommunications between their book keeper and receptionist. Every interaction I had with the front desk was disrespectful and condensending. I left my home impeccably clean when I left and paid rent on time every month and they actually spelled my name wrong on my deposit check when I moved out.

Definitely recommend renting with them everyone is friendly . If there are any problems they’re fast to assist or fix it . I’ve been here for 10 months and if I ever decide to move I’ll look at their properties first
