We had a quick move and we only had two days to find a place. We went to the panda pals group and there was only one person there and just told us to look online. She was very rude and not helpful at all so we looked up another property management group and came across DKD. So we went to DKD associates and immediately were greeted and helped out. They were able to get us a house to rent within a day and made our stress of finding a place disappear. We can’t thank all the staff there enough for their kindness and help!

Fernando and the DKD team have provided excellent service since 2019, managing our property and later selling our home. They kept our house rented at market rates, even through COVID and a major housing boom, while we lived out of state and abroad. DKD was good with me they worked with me and Fernando was very well wen it came to working with me and helping me but the property at 232 Summerbrooke the owner was not a good owner we got charged for stuff that should not have been charged we got charged for a light pole that the wind broke we got charged for a microwave not working we felt as if we were treated unfair as tenants but we were treated good with DKD associates Fernando and his office they are good and they were good people to work with I highly recommend them

Outstanding Experience and customer service!!! From day 1 DKD was willing to work with me, even when I needed a little extra time to turn in my application. Entire year I was with them was hassle free. Very prompt to respond to questions and to have service technicians come out to the house and make necessary repairs without delay. Definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a place to live. Would definitely come back to them if I ever needed their type of services again.
