Dixie Court Apartments

These women never answer the phone, and when they do, they put you on hold and hang up. Went to the leasing office yesterday 09/04 at noon and they said they’ll return at 4, who takes or authorizes a 4 hour lunch break. Went again today 09/05 and the line is stretched out to the parking lot and there isn’t a soul in the office. How are those whom are interested in renting get a registration code, if there is no one there to give it to them. Maybe get some people in the office that actually want to work.

The leasing office and leasing consultant are very discriminatory against Hispanic families!!! I came in for leasing information and to Apply and all I received was an unpleasant tone unfriendly came off really vague, nasty Attitude for no reason, No avail to Hispanic ethnicity she was very unknowledgeable of availability for Apartments very unprofessional What a racist community. Specially, Brianna, the assistant manager She should be fired, wanting to know about my personal life situation. Got to the point that she invested so much Information of me ,for no avail basically humiliated me and embarrassed me. Shame on the property owner for having this individual as an employee in this type of Environment.

My application just got selected by the lottery and I am on the waiting lists for the Dixie Court Apartments, I just received the referral today. Omg I am extremely excited the reviews are good and the environment looks nice quiet and very clean I just can’t wait until I get my keys and move in my new place. I am definitely praying and claiming this one in the name of Jesus. Amen!!! 🏠🙏🏾🔐

I lived at Dixie court from October 2014 to may of 2018 it was ok living here they provide a clean environment and try to keep the place clean. The office staff are nice and they try to handle any work orders as fast as possible. The 2/2 I lived in was nice and quaint and I was comfortable. The rent is affordable for income restrictions.

I lived at Dixie court for 2 years and I'm breaking my lease due to relocation. Dixie court provided a safe and comfortable home for myself and my two children. The office staff are kind and the maintenance team is amazing .Their response to any concerns are almost immediate. Let's not forget the affordable rental rates. Dixie Court is NOT YOUR AVERAGE low income complex, I think the only thing they are missing is a pool. This will be a very bitter sweet move for me. Thank you Dixie Court and team you are amazing.
