Division Street Lofts Apartments

I lived here for a year and had a great experience. My unit was one of the larger studios with one window looking west over Mt. Tabor on the 4th floor. Management was super helpful and the maintenance guys cool and he gets to everything within a day or 2. Pros: The view out the window was beautiful, the walls are very well insulated and nearly sound proof. The appliances were pretty great. The full sized oven heats up really fast and the stove tops provided consistent and fast heat, it was almost as good as a gas range. The microwaves large and high wattage. The washer and dryer accept small loads but they always cleaned my clothes really well, I work in a shop and get greasy and have to change twice a day, on average I did 1-2 loads a week. I talked with a lovely individual Tuesday about leasing and tours but they did not have any available that matched up with my schedule. However someone else (Allen) reached out to me through email to schedule a tour for Saturday Aug 17 at 12:30pm. Unfortunately nobody was there to give me a tour (I called and they were super unhelpful, saying that they were not the main office blah blah, run around stuff, and that they do not know what happend). Please do not schedule a tour if you are unable to be there or just reach out if you are unable to make it because this wastes both of our time. Residents who live here seem to be wonderful (talked to someone who lives at the division street lofts, she and someone else also had the same issue of no one showing up for the tours). Pros: great location, good layout, clean, secure building, priced well, easy to request maintenance/pay rent, apartments seem well insulated from sound. Cons: no a/c (and only 1 window opens unless you live in a corner unit), no balconies, and the appliances are truly terrible. I've been here 4 months and have had my microwave replaced, my oven fixed, my garbage disposal fixed twice, and my washer is currently broken (with a whole load of wet clothes stuck inside). Overall - I would definitely recommend, with the caveat that their appliances need a real upgrade.

We had a tour earlier this week at 4:30. No one ever showed up. I called and the guy said that they’d have someone go out there immediately, we waited around for 30 minutes & still no one showed up. It sucked because we were really interested in these apartments. Till this day no one called to reschedule or anything as to why they never showed. Hopefully in the future they can actually show up for other people who are really interested & not waste their time :)

I lived here for 2 years, there were slight delays in call backs but I literally haven’t been called back in over 3 weeks, with 3 calls and 2 emails. It’s ridiculous to not be able to get a basic returned call for something that would take 2 minutes to address. All i want is to be able to get my friend to pick up my glasses that were accidentally delivered there and I cannot get to because I’m half across the country.
