Right from the start, Edge Asset Management signed a three-month lease with me. On day one, the mattress that was shipped to my apartment was stolen just hours after I arrived from the hotel to bring it inside. Thankfully, I still had one extra night at the hotel, but I had to urgently order a replacement with one-day shipping. There are cameras in the lobby, yet management told me “they don’t work” which is completely unacceptable. Can someone from the management of this business PLEASE get in contact with me! I have a package locked inside the lobby and I am not a tenant. It was delivered to the wrong address and the phone number disconnect and the website is broken.

Our appointment was at 5 and we waited 40 minutes before leaving. We scheduled another appointment for the next day at 3 and no one was there. We are now having to wait 20 minutes while the leasing agent drives to us. DO NOT MOVE HERE. they've have two different management companies and the building themselves are not up to code and many are uninhabitable due to the windows that don't open with no ac units available or installed. there's mold in the stairwell and they key fob box constantly breaks leaving residents locked out of the building until hours later when someone answers and comes to unlock. I've been living at Division 30 for about 7 months now. Despite the change in property management I would not recommend living here. Things I wish I would have known: - The units do not have air conditioning ( the portable units they provide don't work). My apartment thermostat was regularly at 90 degrees during the summer. Submitted tickets with no action from property management - Walls are extremely thin, you can hear your neighbors talking and all of the noise from Division street - There is theft at the property with lack of action from management (My bike was stolen and while there are security cameras on premise, management handled the situation poorly and was unable to provide any info about the incident) - Loud construction under my unit for 3 full months, property management of
