District at Duluth Apartments

A masterclass in modern living and "Quiet Zone" walkability. Moving here from those massive, 1,000-unit "corporate" complexes has been a total revelation. If you’re tired of being treated like a unit number in an outdated system, The District is the upgrade you’re looking for. The Apartment & Management: The units are legitimately well-built—high ceilings, tons of natural light, and exceptionally low energy bills. I rarely have maintenance needs, but when I do, the leasing office is "all over it." They are warm, welcoming, and send actually useful info (like winter weather protocols) rather than the usual "management spam." I had such a great move-in experience at District at Duluth. After looking at sooo many apartment complexes in the area, this one just felt right. The whole team made me feel really comfortable through the entire process. Garrett was especially amazing, he answered all of my questions, stayed patient with me, and made everything feel so much less stressful. I truly appreciate all the help and support during my search and move-in. Move-in day was seamless and they provided me with a folder to keep all the extra information in. I made a maintenance request and it was fixed the next business day. Crazy. Thanks to the whole team, especially, Garrett and Mel!

Love the District staff and the maintenance crew. I think they do a great job locally. However, I do not think they get the support they richly need and deserve from the new owners and management company that have taken over the property. They have really dragged their feet on the renovations. The pool closed the day after Labor Day. It is now January and the renovations are not yet complete to the clubhouse nor the pool. The gym is not usable right now as it is not safe because of the renovations not being completed. Some new equipment up there would be nice as well. Having to pay for all these amenities and not being able to use them is a sore spot for a lot of us too. I think once everything is completed and things go back to normal, things should be a lot better. On a very positive not

I went to tour here, Leslie and the team were amazing. This was my top pick and I am excited to move in! Nice property, amenities, appliances, and area overall. 10/10 I definitely recommended

The staff is great very responsive and attentive. The maintenance team is very fast and efficient. I really love the location of this apartment complex, the only thing I have a compliant about is the lack of trash cans there are around the property it’s self I think there should be more at least one in every building near the mailboxes. But other than that it’s great
